AIB AIB prevailing rate - lost my home

I am wondering how many people lost their properties due to the prevailing rate issue. I think Brendan asked for the figures at the AGM but we know how he was treated then....
I personally voluntarily sold my home after being taken to court and told I had an unsustainable mortgage.
Having paid something every month for the 5 years leading up to the sale...

Did the case go to court it you settled outside the court process?

Settled outside - as in I agreed to the voluntary sale
there were several court sittings involved however during each there was an adjournment
