AIB On Line share dealing problem

Am trying to buy a few shares in a very well known Irish plc but each time I click the 'Stock Name' button and put in their name it tells me to enter a valid Stock Name????? Have tried a couple of different variations and even their 'ticker' but no luck! Can anyone help? I have bought a few shares via the AIB site previously and never had this problem.

Had the same problem today. It was a newly listed stock which I wanted to buy as early as possible but it was not available to trade through the AIB online dealing facility and the price was rising all the time so I rang them and they put me through to Goodbodys who said because it was a newly listed stock it would take a few days to "get into the system". V. poor show for a share sdealing service where time is money. Also they charge a EUR26 per annum account mgmnt fee not ot mention extortionate dealing fees of EUR32 per trade but you cannot trade newly listed stock until a few days after they are first traded?
