AIB & Mortgage Top-ups

Does anyone know do AIB do mortgage top-ups and if so, for what purposes? And reason why I am asking here rather than asking them is I don't want to approach them yet (in case anyone asks why don't I just ask them!)

Yes they do if your income and LTV ratio falls within their lending criteria and your credit history is sound. Check out what they say on their website
