I have a mortgage offer from AIB from February 11th. I just read the offer and cant see the duration of the loan anywhere in the document. Does anyone know if its 3 or 6 months. The property I have bought wont be ready for about 6--7 weeks and my partner is just about to give a months notice in work as he is starting a new job. My worry is that if the loan offer is three months that it will lapse and instead of asking for the usual last few payslips they may ask for salary certs from us both. Obviously if he is in a new job im assuming this will not suffice. Does anyone know the duration of an AIB loan offer or does it vary
