AHI - Heywood Court

Hi,
Is there anybody on here who is buying in Heywood Court, Santry, under
the Affordabe Housing Initiative?

I'd also be interested to hear if anyone has bought out here?

I'm suprised there's still apartments available to be honest... Maybe only the dregs left over?

Fingal says prices are between 250k and 260k

On the list I saw there were two 2nd floor, one 1st floor and about 5 ground floor apartments. Most of them were priced 270K and I've been told a lot of them are taken at this stage. I'm happy with the one I took which is 2nd floor. Living/Dining area is a little smaller than I would have hoped for but the balcony is huge compared to most other builds. Would have preferred gas central heating but they have a very high energy rating apparently, so it should be easy to heat them.

What sort of central heating do they have if its not gas???

If you don't mind me asking, can you tell me how much you paid for yours?

Also a summary of your earnings and savings would be nice, but you don't need to say if you don't want to.

I just want to know what I'd need to get something like that particular apartment...

Electric storage heaters in living room and hallway. Regular electric convector heaters in bedrooms
