Do you have to file separate applications for the two different types (AH vs AHI) or is it a case of they look at your application and automatically enter you for AH and then look at salary for AHI.
there are two seperate forms for these schemes - you have to apply to them seperate - you may apply to both but generally people fit into one catergory ie. earing less than 40k or earning between 40k and 60k
If your earing less than 40k you can still apply to AHI but you will need to make have savings as the houses in this scheme are more expensive
