AH in Stocking Avenue

Hi

Just wondering has anybody who put deposit down in apartments in stocking avenue snagged yet?

I signed contracts at the end of May but still haven't got a date.

Believe they've started snagging those one's alright. A good few people I think bought there at around the same time so they might just be a bit delayed getting to yours. Have you rung them to arrange a date? I always find with these things they require pusing from the buyer to get things moving.

I'm all sorted now thanks was panicing when I hadn't heard anything. Second snag done and ready to close now. They are very good I have to say
