Is it possible to have an AGM without audited financial statements ?
I understand that the accounts are being prepared by external firm of accountants, to be audited by a second firm. It may, just may be possible to have a set of draft/management accounts on time. The shareholders/members won't have a problem with the accounts but legally ... ?
(The company itself is a minor concern non-for-profit with not a lot happening in the year under review.)
