Can anybody tell me what topics should be an AGM Agenda and what topics should be reserved for Directors meetings?
The reason I ask is that I am a director and a shareholder of a small private company.
My shareholding is relatively small.
In a standard directors meeting every director has a equal vote. In an AGM your vote is in proportion to your shareholding.
