i am looking for advice.
i am an agency contractor working for the same company for 5 years. i am wondering do i have any rights which could make me permanent either with the agency or the company.
The agency has recently started hiring people but will only give them a years work and lets them go as they do not want the new workers to be giving any rights or have to pay them redundancy.
also i have not received a pay rise in 5 years even though the permanent company workers in my dept have being getting them.
i read recently that there is a new EU directive coming but am unsure about it.
any help on this matter would be welcomed
