Baz I've seen your 2 posts wondering why your sister has been waiting so long. DLRCC had a lotto for affordable housning in April 07, the places people got in this lotto are what they are using to allocate apartments now, I got good spot in lotto which is why Ive been offered place.
Did your sister get a place in that lotto? I think they've roughly got maybe through first 150ish. It may be that she doesn't earn enough to afford any of the places on offer so they will wait until something comes up that she can actually get a mortgage for. for example 2-beds in Beacon which people have been offered and accepted were 300k. Hope this clears things up for you.
