hi..has anyone applied through this institution for an AH mortgage and how did you find dealing with them?i have no idea where to even start...do i ring them or apply online?any info appreciated thanks
 
Yes I got mine through them this year. The manager was great to deal with . Pop into your local branch & ask for the application pack and make an appointment .
 
I got mine through EBS too, no problems whatsoever, very straight forward to deal with, just ring the manager of a branch and he'll call you in for an informal meeting, have a look at the figures and should give you an idea there and then on how much you can borrow.
 
i also got my mortgage through ebs and the whole experience was fantastic couldnt do enough for me, getting the 100% is also a big bonus. good luck
