Affordable Housing - use own lump sum to finance?

My Local Council will allow Affordable Housing applications etc. from other than Seperated persons etc. Sadly am currently seperating & trying to find out more am at an awful loss as to what to do or where to go for advice.
If I was expected to put the proceeds of the sale or buy/out of my home - say €140/150K of own money into an affordable home - then do the clawback clauses remain the same if I were to sell within 20 years.
On face value it would seem unfair to have to pay the council back the difference if I put in 75% of the house value - seems like I would be financing most of the clawback. I do appreciate of course that you are getting a home at a great discount & may never wish to leave anyway, being in the area all my life.
The alternative is of course to use every penny I have got, struggle to get a mortgage on my own etc. so I may have no option - but maybe it would be best to struggle?
Has anyone esle been in the same boat?

Regardless of whether the money was loaned to you or you came up with it yourself, you would have to pay the clawback.
