Just wondering if anyone could maybe recommend a reputable solicitor they may have used to do the whole legal side of things during their AH purchase. I have the name of a friend of a friend whos a solicitor but i'm thinkin it may not be the best to use him as i dont think hes ever dealt with an AH scheme purchase before and I'm worried he wont quite know what to look out for. Also if anyone could give me a few pointers in terms of what my solicitor should be looking out for / things he should be questioning about the whole purchase process, that would be really appreciated.
