Hi,

I got a letter from property path to-day letting me know about housing in Carrig Court for sale - anyone know about these properties? It says that you have to view Thursday or Friday - is it first come first served? It does say to bring a deposit. I am a little worried as I ca only get away from work on Friday afternoon.

Carrig Court is in City west. They are pretty much right beside the new shopping centre up there thats due to open in a few months..... I would say it is first come first served as residential sales are.

The area is OK and the luas is due to be extended right by carrig court in the next couple of years

thanks for the advice on the area.

i've been on the list for well over a year - was beginning to think that I would never get an offer.
