hi there,

I was wondering has anybody been offered an affordable home with dunlaoghaire rathdown this year and how they are getting on with the whole process.

E here i have also been offered an apt in thornwood, i am awaiting contracts they seem to be taking a while. Have your solicitors recieved anything yet? Wish i could see it again as i only had one viewing was it the same for you?

What did the Thornwood apartment cost? I hoping to be offered one in Stepaside but it would be interesting to know the SP for Thornwood.

Well done on getting an apartment in Thornwood the place looks fantastic location etc fantastic.

The thornwood apartment cost 250,000.

The 2 beds are costing nearly €580k on the open market. €250k is a fantastic deal.
