Affordable housing - Do I Qualify ?

I always thought that my income does not qualify me for this

My income is 48K per year... married with 2 kids... my wife is not working so we are single income family...

According to this [broken link removed] I qualify .....

I am interested in Dublin perhaps Clonsilla So Anyone can advice me about this?

According to the information you gave you do qualify.

But i would look around at the moment - there is a lot of good valur property on the market at the minute.

If you go the AH route you will have clawback to deal with if you ever sell
