Hi got a letter from Wicklow CoCo asking for updated info as they are assessing applications for houses in my area. Has anybody had dealings with Wicklow CoCo in relation to affordable housing. Heard there are terrible delays once they make a decision.
 
I wouldn't get too excited, I've been on the list about 18 months now and every six months or so they ask for you to resubmit your details. I last spoke to someone in Wicklow CoCo a few months back but there was nothing in the pipeline then, maybe it's worth a phone call?
 
They are allocating the houses in the next few weeks the development is completed. Just trying to find out if I get offered one how long before people get keys.
 
ask them about burkeen , where i heard recently there are 16 empty houses not allocated yet, you only need to drive throught it to see them
