Affordable homes in fingal

im am just wondering has anyone any idea on how long the waiting list for affordable housing is in the fingal area and what kind of homes you were offered?
 
my sister was on on it about 6 months before being offered her first place, which she turned down. After another couple on months she was offered a nice 1 bed in Balgriffin which she took.

Any idea what it cost her??
 
€178k for a third floor 1 bed (big in relation to others I've seen), worth €280k according to agent.

sounds expensive compared to what they are selling 2 beds for in places like Meakstown. Though I guess Ballgriffin is a nice enough area, I think its soon due to get a DART station too
 
that must be with the affordable housing initiative cos that seems very expensive compared to other properties.
