My partner and I have just been excepted for the afforable housing in Portlaoise . There will housing coming up in Esker hills soon under the scheme. I was just wondering does anyone know approx how long we are likely to be waiting on the list for a home? Also, does anyone have any experience with afforable homes in laoise and could give any pointers or advice?
