Reclining seats are an absolute nuisance. I have been on the receiving end of the selfish person in front of me where their seat was stuck in my face for the duration of the flight. Absolutely no consideration for the person sitting behind. Except for long long haul these reclining seats should be banned altogether.
If there is someone behind me I wont recline the seat, however if there is no one behind me ( quiet often) its good to recline back and get an hours sleep.
And when I say Aer-lingus have nicer seats, I mean in relation Ryanair.
Aer Lingus is having a new sale at the moment. If I were to purchase 2 x €7 tickets to Paris this will cost me €167 and that's before paying for seat selection and luggage costs. At least when Ryanair are having a sale you feel you are getting value out of it.
