Aer Lingus - industrial/management action ?

Does anyone know what the status of the EI action today is ? It was all supposed to have kicked off at 1000 this morning, but I haven't heard what happened - whether some pilots co-operated, none did, or it's all out (which is possible).

The Aer Lingus website is silent on it and the RTE website is too.

I'm getting a bit nervous about my flights for tomorrow, but I don't want to go re-organising things if there won't be any disruption.

Any news would be appreciated.

It might be worth contacting Aer Lingus to confirm flights seeing as how it is tomorrow - that way any updates would be from the "horse's mouth".

I have Aer Lingus flights to the US next week. If there is industrial action, what generally happens, are flights completely cancelled, are people moved to other flights, is the flight just delayed?
With hotels booked, I would want to try and cancel them early rather then get stung for 5 nights accommodation!
