Looking around to book some hotels and using various web sites including booking direct with the hotels in question. The Aer Lingus website is advertising the fact that they are offering 20% off hotel bookings. Yet when I price the hotels in question on the Aer Lingus website and compare the price with other websites, Aer Lingus are working out the same and in some cases dearer and this is with the supposedly 20% off.
Aer Lingus use www.octopustravel.com for their hotels, yet Octopus themselves are offering the same prices on hotels as Aerlingushotels.com but they are not advertising 20% off.
