I have made a complaint to Aer Lingus regarding a problem encountered with seat allocation on a flight a month ago. I had to do so by fax, as unbelieveably it is not possible to contact customer relations by phone.
I received an acknowledgement and a promise of an early reply but to date nothing further.
Does anyone know of a telephone number on which contact can be made or can anyone advise what further action I can take.
