Aer Lingus complaints

I have made a complaint to Aer Lingus regarding a problem encountered with seat allocation on a flight a month ago. I had to do so by fax, as unbelieveably it is not possible to contact customer relations by phone.

I received an acknowledgement and a promise of an early reply but to date nothing further.

Does anyone know of a telephone number on which contact can be made or can anyone advise what further action I can take.

I suggest you let it go...you will only frustrate yourself trying to make contact and still get no satisfaction.

Book another cheap flight ( i am going EI to Washington DC in December, €374 all in return, and the $ may be 1.50 by then) and enjoy.

Hopefully you won't return to find your job has moved to China!

I take this as a comment on the Dollar Exchange Rate movements, rather than my ability to hold on to my job ! (but the way tnings are going you may be right on both counts)
