Aer Lingus and Dutch travel Tax.

I see that the dutch have scrapped their travel tax as and from July 1st. Yet whenever I look at the Aer Lingus website and price flights to Holland I notice that their taxes and charges haven't changed in the slightest. Why is this?

They are having a 50% off summer sale at the moment on the ticket price but they have actually increased their return taxes and charges to €44 from Amsterdam to compensate for this offer.
