Advice: Property in Kiev, Ukraine

I read a good article on Kiev becoming a very up and coming city for property investment?

Has anyone invested in this market?

Is this a safe country to invest?

What companies are offering good investments?

hmmmm. I wouldn't be so quick. Its a VERY expensive city to buy property (in per sq.m terms), in fact some of the most expensive city center property in the world!

Also, from working there, I found Kiev to be particularily corrupt compared to other places. Mainly white-collar corruption though, the city itself is beautiful and safe.
