Advice on Toronto - things to do, where to go etc.

Hello all,

Just looking for pointers on things to do, places to see in and around Toronto. Two questions in particular being, does anyone know of a "Woodbury" type outlet and secondly is it worth staying over in Niagra after viewing the falls, I have heard that the town itself is a little rundown.

Any views etc gratefully appreciated!
 
Check trip advisor forums on website. Very good local advice on itenaries,accomodation and tourist info. I am travelling there for a few days in July 1st.time.I am staying in B/B in Toronto and taking Greyhound bus to the Falls,you have more time at the Falls than with organised tours.I only have a day to spare for Niagra as I am travelling to the Rockies
 
i'm going in june - have 5 nights in Days inn in downtown Toronto and 1 night in Niagara. Only staying 1 night in Niagara as it is included in the package (The Brock Inn).
Have done a bit of research into outlets and the only one I can find is Vaughan Mills but am unsure how far this is from Toronto and how to get there. Can anyone help on this please?

also referring back to the OP, can anyone suggest things to do etc.
