Advice on Switching

Our fixed rate mortgage with PTSB is up in the next few weeks and their rates are absolutely terrible so I want to switch.

Can anyone offer me some practical advice on which banks are accepting switchers currently and what institutions have the best market rates etc?

All of them save AIB.

Rates vary depending on what repayment method you want, there is no clear winner on all rates.

It is more important to check who will actually approve your application before you even look at rates.

The big question, are you in negative equity. Im in the same boat but we are in negative equity so no chance of moving.
