I’ve a number of trivial questions for those for those who buy and sell with online brokers regularly but are potential trip ups for those who don’t.
My online broker lists the closing prices of etfs from the day before as the default price on the page where you make on buy order. It doesn’t give an upto date price listing.
They are two boxes to fill in when buying. Price and Quantity
For the price input do I use the default price( yesterday’s close price) or get an exact up to date price?
If an up to date price is required, what is the best website to get an up to date price?
