Hi

I am concerned re current euro crisis, and would like to put some of my long term (10 year +) savings into a lower risk investment fund. I am well aware that these are not "no risk", having lost ++ on bank shares. Can anyone suggest various funds / providers / execution only brokers? As I already have funds with zurich & standard life, I was particularly interested in other providers, say like canada life (high charges though?). I would plan to it into a predominantly fixed income / cautious fund (ie bonds > equities) and then drip feed into a balanced fund etc (equities. bonds) that might actually produce some long term growth.

Have you considered listed funds? Funds quoted on the stock markets - much lower costs, better transparency, up to date pricing and they are funds to cover all asset classes. Indeed, quoted 'Actively Managed Mixed Asset Funds' cover a lot of bases?
