Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help me with this.
Can I fully equip a dental surgery and can I let it to a dentist without being a dentist myself? Is something like this possible?

Thanks

In theory, you could, but it would be very messy. I presume dentists are continuously updating their equipment and getting rid of old equipment. So it would be very difficult to factor that in.

I presume you have a premises already suitable for a dentist and the dentist you have identified can't afford to buy the equipment?

If so, you should a lease for the surgery and a separate lease for the equipment. That would be less messy, but still messy.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.
It is for a young dentist. We wan't to supply all the equipment he will need and also we can provide all upgrades, replacement and service of that equipment. So basically he will only need to come in and do his work

Would you who should I contact regarding Health and Safety requirements? I tried IDA but couldn't get any info from them.

Thanks
