Advice on balance transfer

Hello all,

Due to ill health I am out of work for the next 6 months. Because of this I am trying to organise my finances. One of which is the €1900 I owe on my credit card.

I was looking for some info on 0% balance transfers but the sticky posts seem to be a few years out of date. After a quick search I was looking at the MBNA card ([broken link removed]) which offers 10 months 0% and 14.9% thereafter. Can anyone offer any opinions on this? I am not planning to use my credit card whatsoever. I am just concerned with getting a 0% balance transfer offer for as long a term as possible.

Hi K,
The sticky posts get updated with the current rates, the dates are original set up of the post but it is maintained and updated so read them for the credit card advice.

'Key Post' is a 'sticky' and they are on the top of the page in red.
