Hello,
Our company wants to distribute a product which has a person's voice
recording incorporated in it. We will negotiate with the artist on a flat fee
or royalty payment option. However I am wondering what kind of legal document / waiver we would need the artist to sign, to release the copyright
on the audio to the company? Where can I go to get advice on this issue. Are there any people who specialise in this area?
