Advice needed! Personal Loan €25K

Hi folks, I need to borrow about 25k.

Could anyone advise any bank or company? I heard that Tesco offers a very good fixed rate with 6.9%, How about that?

I am not on the mortgage, also I have a good credit rate (i borrowed 13k before, repay all of them in 13 months).

Would appreciate any advice/pointers.
 
That 6.9% is a great deal alright...fixed but with no early payment penalties
