AAM,
I am taking a year out from work to go travelling.
Am I better of financing this using my own savings or should I take out a loan?
I want to buy a property on my return and am worried that any debt I have will negatively affect my chances of getting a loan.
I also want to try and preserve my capital.
Any advice is appreciated,
