Advertising car on Buy and Sell website

Hi,

I have just been contacted by Buy and Sell services about them arranging for someone to buy my car, the website is [broken link removed]

I was just wondering if this is genuine??

Do you know anyone associated with Buyandsellservices?

Can you think of any reason why they would have just contacted you like that?

Have you been in contact with them before about your car in some way?

Unless the answer is 'yes' to at least one of the above, I would certainly be suspicious.
 
We were contacted before after adv a car on Carzone from a company in UK that claimed to have buyers in my area and for a fee of £99 would put us in contact.
I asked for a contact no and said i would think about it and i reported them to Carzone. They have a warning about companies like this.
 
its a con - they just get your fee and no one every contacts you again!!
 
Pay no need to these calls. I have a car for sale myself on Carzone and to be honest I am sick and tired getting these calls. I just hang up now when they start their speel
 
I always thought that LOOT (UK) was the parent company of Buy and Sell. However, regarding the address below it looks like a con. Save yourself time and money. Or you could try the 'up front scheme'. Ask them to send you Eu 500 and you will send them Eu 599 or whatever. [broken link removed]
