Address of Beneficiary Details/Filers at present?

I know this is probably very simple question but here goes.... I lived in my mother's house (the disponser) caring for her for a few years until she passed and I lived there after until I moved abroad. When filling out the CAT IT38 form where it asks address of beneficiary do I write where I was living at the time of inheritance (mothers home) or presently. Thank you
