Life Additional charges on policy

Hi
i have life insurance, critical illness, accidental illness etc policy with acorn life. the total cost is €128 a month. i recently asked for a breakdown of which each part cost and the plocy benefits only come to €75 and the remaining €53 is made up of policy costs.

those these cost seem very high?
