Adding a bag to an existing ryanair booking

Hi

Tried to add a bag to a ryanair booking and its 30euro which is fine, but then it said the admin fee is 30euro too?? (3 adults 1 infant on booking). Can this be correct? How much is it to check it in at the airport - surely not 60 euro return????

The admin fee would be 6 flights (3 returns) x €5 for paying by credit card, unless you use a prepaid Mastercard.

but i already paid an admin fee when i booked a few wks back, so i dont get why id have to pay it all again, i dont mind paying just 35 euro in total for the bag but not 60E
hope that makes sense
 
Oh sorry, I misread your post - I thought you were just making the booking & adding the bag.

Was this the first or second bag?

Have you looked at the schedule of fees?

when trying to add the bag it said the admin fee is 5 pp per flight, so i rang ryanair to confirm and he said i only have to pay 15each way for the bag
its a bit misleading!
