Acupuncture

Anyone had any experiences with it. I am not sick or anything just want to get a proper full consultation and try it out by someone who 'really' knows what they are doing, for combatting the general stress/strain etc that life throws at you. Basically want to be as healthy emotionally and body iwse as possible.

I have had Acupunture and my Daughter also for back pain and stress and she found great relief. My mum had a trapped nerve and it was very effective. But make sure you get a qualified practitioner.
