Activating Voice Guidance on Apollo 360 TV box from Vrirgin Media

Hello,
I'm a screen reader user and totally blind. Have recently gotten the new Virgin Media Apollo 360 box. I'm told that Voice Guidance is available meaning that menus, programme guides, etc are read out as you navigate the box. I have not been able to find out where to activate this service. Do any Apollo 360 box users know if this is indeed supported in Ireland?

Hello Sue, many thanks for your message. Audio description is slightly different, in that it is an audio track describing the onscreen action uncertain but not all programs. Voice guidance allows you to navigate the actual box, reading program guides and information as well as changing settings on the device.
 
Ah, sorry it wasn't of any help Stuart, hopefully others here might be able to offer some advice.
