Accurate bathroom scales?

Is there such an item as a accurate bathroom scales? Can anyone recommend one? Any good advice will be given my full weight!:confused:
 
Best approach is to weigh yourself accurately in a doctors office or pharmacy, then go to the department store and try out all their scales. Pick the most accurate one (remembering to stay away from all the useless value added features such as body fat index and individual memory settings blah blah.)
 
There is no such thing as all scales seem to register a different weight particularly if you are on a diet and every pounds counts.
I have a digital scales and go by that all the time as there is no point trying different ones and either convincing yourself the salces is wrong if it reads higher than your scales at home or is right if it weighs lower and then subtracting a few pounds when you weigh yourself next on your own scales.
Just pick a decent digital scale as you cannot adjust the dial and then stick with the reading it gives you.
 
Accuracy wont help. Your weight fluctuates during the day anyway; after drinking a pint of water
you will be a pound heavier. You could easily see a variation of 4 pounds in one day without you losing/gaining any fat.

Even ignoring that, if you have a scales which has a 1% margin of error, you'll get a further fluctuation of a couple of pounds.
 
I've a digital scales & I weigh myself in the mornings (hoping I'll have lost pounds in my sleep!!). The doctor made me stand up on her bouncy scales the other day and I was a shocking half stone heavier! Moral of the story.........stick to digital!
