A friend works as an accountant for a company that has an policy that above a certain pay grade accountants dont get paid overtime. However, tax advisors, office managers etc at the same pay grade get paid OT without restriction.
Listening to him, accountants at that pay grade are the only ones in the company that dont get paid OT. Is this legal?
