Accountant Fees

I have a limited company with one employee. All accounts are through quickbooks which I keep up to date and correct. All invoices are uploaded to quickbooks too.

Previously I've done the accounts myself, but as I'm coming up to the VAT threshold I was thinking of getting an accountant for advice, help with accounts, filing etc.

What fees should I be expecting for my situation?
 
Having had an accountant for a self employed business for almost 20 years, I paid almost a grand per year for sorting & filing year end accounts. Probably expect a little more for it being a ltd company with an employee. I did my own VAT returns bi-monthly, it was easy once my accountant showed what was needed to do.
