Accomodation in Liverpool

Hi,

Anyone recommend any cheap (emphasis here) and cheerful accomodation in Liverpool for a weekend match. Preferably closeby to a couple of good drinking establishments.

paulocon, for what you are looking for you can't beat The Dolby Hotel.

It's about 40 sterling per room for up to three people and is a stones throw from the Albert Dock which is the in place for great restaurants and bars. Highly recommended and only 30 mins walk from town if you are so inclined. Tends to be booked up well in advance so plan well ahead.
