Accommodation in Paris

Hi everyone,
I am going to Paris in December with my boyfriend. I would like to book somewhere with a romantic atmosphere, reasonably priced, central location and a nice breakfast.
Can any of you make a recommendation? happy to stay in a B&B.

we stayed at the Hotel Residence Foch, , last december, i would recommend it, it was lovely, good location, 10 min walk to arch de triomphe. we flew into CDG airport so you can book an airport bus on line that drops you straight to the hotel.
 
We stayed at the Jardin Tour Eiffel and thought it's location was great, it was walking distance to the Eiffel Tour, the louvre and other attractions.

We took the train/metro from the airport and had no problems finding the place.

We didn't opt for the breakfast option because there were so many small cafes around but you can if that's easier.
