Going to Barcelona on 5th March for 4 nights. Anyone able to recommend accommodation that is cheap and cheerfull. Also looking for fairly central area of accommodation that is near public transport to the city centre and the sights. We have never been before.

I can personally recommend [broken link removed] (but use Venere.com to look at others, too). Four-star luxury for €80/night, and a lovely (but more reasonably-priced) café/restaurant straight across the road...
