Accessing picture messages - Vodafone

I have a camera phone but can't receive picture messages. Instead I get a message telling me to go to the vodafone website and enter a password. But then I get 'wrong password' when I do this (presumably because I already have a password to send webtexts). If I enter my own password, there seems to be no way to access the picture I've been sent. Can anyone help?

I've heard of a couple of people who got Voda phones over the Christmas that didn't have the picture message or GPRS settings installed and were having the same problem as you. Give Customer Service a call and they will send you the settings, tell you to power off and on again and hopefully that will sort it.

if its a nokia go to the nokia site and they'll send you the settings. Saves a lenghty wait!!

Thanks - ended up going to the vodaphone shop where it took them numerous calls to their techs and over an hour to sort out!
