Accessing company money

My brother and I have a retail business that is doing well,thank god.
We both take a salary and have a nice pension set up.
There is a investment that is just matured €50k and not sure what to do with it.
On a personal note i have a mortgage with three young kids and are finding it difficult to get by.My question is how can i access this for our own use,maybe pay off my wifes car loan or other personal use.

Are you utilising your full standard rate band?
Is your spouse utilising her full standard rate band?
Are you claiming all motoring and subsistence expenses?
If you are asking is there a tax free way to extract €50k from the company, then unless you are over 55 and meet the retirement relief provisions the simple answer is no.
