Do I still get a DD setup to the tenant account for their portion and the rest comes from the social direct to my account also?

Yes exactly. Contact SW directly yourself before Agreement is signed to make sure all is ok for their payments ie that tenant has submited all forms and they have been approved. Sometimes its tough to get the small portion from tenant, you'll hear all sorts of excuses. So DD from them is best.Good luck.

To be honest I would prefer not to have rent allowance, but time is getting tight and it might be required. Tough when you've lived here for so many years, you dont anything to happen to it after your gone. Hard to detach yourself from your home really.

If it comes to it maybe I would be advised then to contact relevant department before signing anything?
